Jar of Hearts is actually a re-read for me. I listened to it a year or so ago on Audible, but always wanted to go back and read this one in print.
Wow… Just… Wow. This one has obviously stuck with me for a while, and I don’t think it’s going anywhere anytime soon. I thought I knew where the author was going with the storyline, but she never quite went there. That left me surprised and kinda horrified, if I’m being honest. Well done, Ma’am!
If you are in search of a thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat until the very last page, this one will do the trick.

So, What’s it About?

But when Calvin is finally caught and charged with the murder, the media focuses its attention on Georgina, who is forced to confront her past and face the consequences of her actions.
The plot of Jar of Hearts is complex and multi-layered, which makes it difficult to put the book down. Jar of Hearts is a haunting, compulsive, and exceptional thriller. It is one of those books that will stay with you long after you have finished reading it, and I love that! This is truly a testament to how thrilling and immersive modern crime fiction can be. To anyone who loves a chilling mystery, you’ll probably want to check this one out!
Although I still haven’t heard of a release date, Cinelou Films have acquired the rights to this book and have plans to make it into a movie. This is one I will be watching through my fingers!
